Even back then, I firmly believed in the power of online training – and iPads weren’t even invented yet!” “I love digital training because it allows people to learn anytime, anywhere and at their own pace.” “Also, trainees get a chance to make mistakes in the virtual world, rather than the real world … online instead of on the job.” “When it comes to tender writing, this is particularly crucial … as losing bids is so costly.” Constance ensures all Tender Training College courses have superior learning outcomes through competency-based training and assessments, based on Australian tender industry requirements.
