Constance applies her extensive experience in instructional design to ensure the Tender Training College production team develops all courses in line with the Australian Qualifications Framework. She brings the team 25 years expertise in teaching, writing, editing and designing accredited courses across the hospitality, health, retail, IT and business industries. She has always been at the cutting edge of eLearning and her passion for developing online training spans over 14 years. “ELearning was in its infancy when I began doing instructional design for online multimedia learning resources.
